Who we are

What we collect
When you book a call or send the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, team size and the message you write.
We also see basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, run the engagement. We use anonymous visit data to understand which pages are useful.
We never sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process form data because you asked us to contact you, project data because we have a contract with you, and anonymous analytics because we have a legitimate interest in running a clear, working website.
Who we share it with
Our website is hosted by Framer, and form submissions are stored with the email provider we use. Our accountant sees billing details for clients.
Each of these providers processes data on our behalf, under a written agreement and only for these purposes.
International transfers
Some of our providers store data in the United States or the European Union. Where data leaves the country it was collected in, we rely on standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Write to hello@westport.example and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact your local data protection authority.
Security
The site runs on an encrypted connection, access to client files is limited to the partners on each project, and we review our providers every year.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
